1. Independence Palace
Independence Palace is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It is 26 meters tall and was built in 1962 designed by Ngô Viết Thụ a popular architect in Vietnam. Independence Palace is also called the name of Reunification convention hall and it housed the Japanese officials during world war 2 but later it became the home to the President of Vietnam during the Vietnam war. There is an admission fee to enter the Independence Palace. You will be charged around VND 40,000 ( about $ 2) per person to enter through the main gate. The time duration to visit the palace should be 7:30 am to 4:00 pm but the ticket counter closes between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Visitors will not be permitted during special events and visits from VIPs.
2. War Remnants Museum
War Remnants Museum is located in Ho Chi Minch City, Vietnam. It was built in 1975 by the government of Vietnam. The main purpose of this museum is to teach the U.S crimes occupation and to make concerted effects to educate foreigners, especially about the American war.
